After the support  of the preliminary agreement celebrated between the prosecution and the accused defense, the second criminal of the circuit specialized court of, Antioquia sentenced four military and four civilian, to prison terms ranging from the 24.5 and the 25.5 years in jail for transporting 600 kgs of hydrochloride cocaine from  Antioquia´s capital and Uraba..

With this decision were affected  National Army Lt. Carlos Alberto Melo Ariza, first Corporal Fabio Alexander Avendano Castillo and the soldiers Fredy Alexander Vasquez y Gustavo Alberto Madrid, the civilians Juan Carlos Carmona Rios, Carlos Andrés Flórez Gómez, Wilman Jesus Martinez Callejas and the driver Omar de Jesus Lopez Valencia.

Today sentenced were captured by 17th Brigade army troops, on July 3, 2012, when they were transporting narcotics between Mutata and Chigorodó, Antioquia municipalities in a truck with plates SNR 766.  Military action also allowed the seizure of 8 rifles, 1050 cartridges for them, one 9 mm pistol, 42 badges of different battalions badges and 8 uniforms.
