In a joint operation between members of (CTI) and the national army was Thwarted the shipment of narcotics that had targeted several Colombian cities.
The judicial proceedings was at the Head Office of a courier company, located on the road that leading from Cali to Yumbo (Valle del Cauca).
During the procedure in which no catches were reported, authorities found twelve cans of peaches, twenty of cigarettes, six cartons with almost four kilograms of marijuana, a plastic roll 11 packages containing, 11 kilograms and 362 grams of cocaine base and a lot of Errivotril pills.
According to the CTI, the narcotic drugs had as destination Jamundí (Valle del Cauca), Cartagena (Bolívar), Sincelejo (Sucre), Ibague and Melgar (Tolima), Calarca (Quindio) and Santa Marta (Magdalena).
The seized evidence material were made available to the 112 branch Prosecutor’s Sectional (URI) of Yumbo (Valle del Cauca).
