Jhon Jairo González Parra, a/k/a “Throat”, former member of the AUC Block of Northwest Antioquia was ordered held in pretrial detention pending trial by a Prosecutor of the National Unit of Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law for his alleged involvement in the disappearance of the dealer Ana Matilde Guzman Borja.
On September 18, 1996, the victim was got off by armed men from a public service vehicle, when she was traveling from Sopetrán municipality (Antioquia) to Medellin city, in the company of his daughter. Since then, their whereabouts are unknown.
