Next Tuesday, May 21st , a delegation from the Office of the Attorney-General of Colombia will attend a hearing before the Supreme Court of Ecuador to support the extradition request of Jhon Faber Capera Tique, a/k/a Dumar, FARC 48 Front  Commander, who is operating in Putumayo.

The guerrilla man, subject to an Interpol Red Notice, was captured in Ecuador and is being investigated in Colombia on charges of terrorism and rebellion.

The Colombian Commission, which will intervene in the hearing, will be led by the Director of International Affairs of the Office of the Attorney General, Francisco Echeverri, who will be responsible for presenting the arguments so that the extradition of the guerrilla man is granted for the mentioned crimes.
