The “Alliance for Digital Citizens” has been signed between Deputy Assistant Attorney General of Colombia, Jorge Fernando Perdomo Torres and Vice-Minister IT of the “Mintic”* María Isabel Mejía Jaramillo.
The launching of the program is aimed to create a framework of cooperation between the two entities in order to promote digital citizens in Colombia, as a tool to increase the productivity of civil servants, to improve the quality of life and to increase their opportunities through the access, effective and efficient use and exploitation of the information technologies and communications.
