Today, a delegate prosecutor at the Supreme Court of Justice filed a bill of indictment against the lawyer Álvaro Dávila Peña for the offenses of aggravated conspiracy with the purpose to commit a crime, undue interest in entering contracts and bribery.
The Investigation derives from the alleged irregularities in the contract related to the improvement of roads in Bogotá during the administration of the senior mayor Samuel Moreno Rojas.
The date for the accusation hearing will be determined by the criminal court of the circuit.
