The First Roving Court in Popayán (Cauca), acting as Supervisory Court issued a Preventive Detention measure in a prison facility against Carlos Alberto Cifuentes Romero, alias Condorito, alleged leader of Los Rolos gang which commits crimes in Bogota and in the coffee growing region (Eje Cafetero).
The accused did not accept charges brought by the Prosecutor’s office for aggravated conspiracy with the purpose to commit drug trafficking, homicide, traffic and illegal possession of weapons for self-defense purposes and exclusively use.
Cifuentes Romero is held in the maximum security prison in Palmira (Valle del Cauca).
