The Unit of Prosecutors fighting Terrorism has filed an indictment against three alleged perpetrators responsible for the bomb attack on the former Minister of Justice, Fernando Londoño Hoyos, occurred during May 2012 in the North of Bogotá.
The indictment has been filed against Nelson Eduardo Aguirre, alias “Chapu”; Ulises Castellanos Beltrán, alias “Apu” and César Augusto Ruiz Gomez, alias “Bigotes” (Whiskers).
According to the investigation, the three individuals are allegedly responsible for the crimes of aggravated murder, attempted aggravated murder, and conspiracy to commit a crime, terrorism and use of minors to commit crimes
