Delegated prosecutor before Supreme Court of Justice pronounced an indictment against former congressman, Jorge Visbal Martelo as alleged co- responsible for the offense of aggravated criminal association.
Visbal Martelo was remanded in custody on March 14, 2012 during the proceedings followed by the Attorney General Office for alleged ties with self- defenses in facts happened between 1998 and 2004.
