Luis Aníbal Rodríguez Padilla, who is allegedly responsible for the offences of aggravated homicide in conjunction with aggravated theft was remanded in custody at the request of Prosecutor’s Office and pronounced by the Third Municipal Court in Valledupar (Cesar), acting as Supervisory Court.
Facts, matter of investigation, happened last August 06, when unknown individuals broke in the facilities of the Valledupar City Livestock Fair, where office items were stolen and killed the security guard Santiago Alberto Ramos Gomez.
Members of the Technical Investigation Team, “CTI” under the coordination of a Prosecutor assigned to the Unit of Immediate Reaction, “URI” (in Spanish), individualized and identified Padilla Rodríguez and two people more involved in this fact.
In the same process, Fabio Luis Simanca Borre, who is allegedly responsible for the offenses of aggravated homicide in conjunction with aggravated theft was remanded in custody by the First “Roving” Municipal Court in Valledupar (Cesar), acting as Supervisory Court.
The present accused, apprehended by CTI, are deprived of their liberty in the prison in Valledupar.
