By means of a pre-agreement and once accepted charges attributed by the Prosecutor’s Office for aggravated murder, the defendant Edinson Perdomo Prada was sentenced to 13 years in prison by Second Circuit Criminal Court, acting as Presiding Court, in Neiva.
The fact that caused the investigation happened on April 5, 2012 in the current defendant’s home in Luis Ignacio Andrade neighborhood in Neiva city, where Perdomo Prada stabbed his father, Pablo Emilio Perdomo Sandoval, 60 years old, because he did not want to give him more beer.
Perdomo Prada, 33 years old, was captured shortly after committing the murder and is in prison in the capital of Huila Department.
