Alleged murderer of the National Park has been accused in another prosecution

Today, as alleged responsible, Javier Velasco Valenzuela has been accused of aggravated violent sexual intercourse by the 367 Sectional Prosecutor assigned to the Unit of Sexual Offences before The 17 Circuit Criminal Judge in Bogotá, acting as Presiding Judge.

This accusation was made within the ongoing prosecution against Velasco Valenzuela for the facts of August 3, 2008, on 100th street and 14^th, North of Bogota, when he supposedly raped a prostitute who was helped later by a few taxi drivers.

The 17 Circuit Criminal Judge has scheduled a preparatory hearing next September 25.
