Before the First Municipal Penal Judge in Cartago – Valle del Cauca, acting as Supervisory Judge, the defendant Marco Antonio Monsalve Oliveros agreed to accept charges for violent sexual intercourse to a minor of 14 years old. Charges were brought by The Attorney General Office.
In accordance with the investigation, the facts happened on October 2011 in San José del Palmar (Chocó), where the current defendant committed the offence mentioned above with her stepdaughter of 12 years old. Members of the Technical Corps of Investigation CTI, arrested Monsalve Oliveros in a farm located in Palestina (Caldas).
