A prison sentence was issued by a judge on Jhon Neider Ortiz Cortés, alias Julián, 44 years old. This person would be involved in petty drug dealing in San Jorge neighborhood in San José del Guaviare (Guaviare).
The investigation showed that the defendant allegedly sold doses of marijuana and coca paste under the fixed points and home delivery modalities. A search proceeding allowed the arrest in flagrante delicto of Ortiz Cortés. Elements used for the dosage of narcotics and several grams of said substance were found in the raid.
A specialized prosecutor charged him with trafficking, manufacture or possession of drugs.
Ortiz Cortés has several criminal records on rebellion, kidnapping, domestic violence and sexual crimes, among others. He did not plead guilty to the charges.
