A judge imposed a prison sentence against Libardo Arévalo Vega, as he was allegedly responsible for the crime of homicide.
Facts took place on November 26, in a commercial establishment in San José de Oriente district, rural area of La Paz (Cesar), where Arévalo Vega, 46 years old, apparently arrived and wounded the victim with a knife causing his death.
Information provided by several witnesses allowed us to establish that, minutes before the attack, the aggressor had an argument with the victim.
Arévalo Vega was arrested by National Police officers in Manaure (Cesar) when he was fleeing the scene. During the procedure, it was found the weapon usen in the murder.
