The Attorney General of the nation, Eduardo Montealegre Lynett, said that one of the central themes of the reform is to give coherence to the criminal policy of the State in relation to the pre-agreements and the application of the opportunity principle. The statement made it during the second Forum of analysis of the system Oral accusatory criminal system, organized by the Prosecutor’s Office in Paipa (Boyaca).
