The Attorney General’s Office prosecuted two people allegedly involved in the murder of a man who was in the parking lot of a fast food restaurant in Cali (Valle del Cauca).

The people involved are Fabián Andrés Morales and Yosnan Morales Jiménez, who were caught in flagranti by National Police when they tried to flee.

The facts under investigation took place on July 30, in El Lido neighborhood, south area of the main city of Valle del Cauca, when men riding a motorcycle shot a person several times, causing his immediate death.

A prosecutor appointed to the Sectional Office in Valle del Cauca charged the defendants with aggravated homicide and manufacture, trafficking, possession of firearms, accessories, parts or ammunition.

The request made by the Prosecutor’s Office was accepted by the judge and therefore,  a prison sentence was imposed.
