At the request of a specialized prosecutor from Gaula Meta, a judge sent Junior Ariel Bucuru Díaz, 22, to prison as allegedly responsible for the kidnapping of a minor under 11 years of age.

The facts took place on January 18 in San José del Guaviare (Guaviare), when the arrested person entered the minor’s house taking advantage of the fact that the parents were not there and, apparently, under threats, he took her to a farm where he kept her kidnapped for 13 days.

By virtue of a court order, Ariel Bucuru was arrested by the National Police on November 20 in front of the Transportation Terminal.

The Prosecutor’s Office charged him with aggravated kidnapping. He did not plead guilty.

The detainee is also investigated because he would have sexually attacked the minor, and an arrest warrant was therefore issued, and charges will be brought against him for this crime.
