After a prosecutor assigned to the Sectional Directorate of Prosecutors in Santander presented conclusive evidence against Jhan Felipe López Gómez, a judge sentenced him to 36 years in prison for homicide charges.
The facts occurred on December 18, 2021 in the Villas de San Pedro neighborhood of Floridablanca (Santander), when during a fight he attacked a man with a firearm
López Gómez, 22, fled the scene but the he was arrested by police. The Prosecutor’s Office charged him with aggravated homicide and possession of weapons. The judge sent him to a prison center.
