After accepting the request made by the Attorney General’s Office, a judge sent Óscar Fernando Hitler Castillo, alias Araña, to prison, allegedly involved in local drug trafficking.
According to the investigation, the defendant was arrested during a home search carried out by the National Police in a house in the municipality of Santander de Quilichao (Cauca).
Marijuana cigarettes, a 9mm pistol, objects for the sale and distribution of narcotics and several cell phones were seized during the procedures.
A prosecutor from the Sectional Office charged him with trafficking, manufacturing or possession of drugs and trafficking, manufacturing or possession of firearms or ammunition. He did not plead guilty to the charge and he must serve a prison sentence.
