Arrest of ‘Pichi’
William Fabián Caselles Quintero, alias Pichi, an alleged member of ‘Los Pelusos’, was prosecuted as allegedly responsible for the homicide of a former member of FARC who was reincorporated, Wrainer Andrés Bayona Blanco, and two others, in an armed attack that occurred on February 3, 2017.

The Prosecutor’s Office brought Dixon Torres Quintero, alias Braques, before justice. He was an alleged member of the 33rd Front of the FARC dissents.
