One of the alleged perpetrators of the murder of three minors in Buenos Aires (Chocó) was also arrested
The Office of the Attorney General, in a joint action with the National Police, arrested the three alleged perpetrators of the murder of the Police Captain, Jesús Alberto Solano Beltrán, which occurred on April 28 in the municipality of Soacha (Cundinamarca), during the riots that took place in recent days.
Through photographic identification, wiretappings, and home searches, it was possible to identify these people who would be involved in the crime of the officer.
One of the men was arrested on a public road, another one in a hospital where he was admitted, and the third one in a raid. The latter was found in possession of documents belonging to the victim.
The detainees will be presented in the coming hours before a judge and the Office of the Attorney General will charge them with aggravated murder, aggravated theft, and illegal possession of firearms.
A person allegedly involved in the murder of three minors in Chocó will be brought before justice
In the last hours, Yair Freys Moya Bejarano, alias Ganya, was also arrested as one of the alleged perpetrators of the murder of three minors.
‘Ganya’ was charged with aggravated murder, aggravated torture and manufacture, trafficking, possession of firearms, accessories, parts, or ammunition. Now, a hearing to request a measure to ensure the defendants’ appearance at trial is being held.
The investigated events took place on April 21st in the municipality of Buenos Aires (Chocó). According to the evidence, two minors were allegedly murdered by three individuals and the other one was injured and then he died due to the severity of the injuries.
The investigations reveal that the three men, who would be responsible for this crime, would be part of the criminal group known as Los Locos Yam.
The Office of the Attorney General continues with the investigations to find more people responsible for this murder.
