Today, Tuesday June 4, 2019, the Acting Attorney General, Fabio Espitia Garzón, opened the 9th Meeting of the Ibero-American Association of Public Ministries (AIAMP)* Executive Committee that will take place today and tomorrow in the city of Cartagena in the so-called Centro de Formación de la Cooperación Española AECID.
The Attorney General, as the host of the 9th meeting of the Executive Committee, opened this session together with the Director of Centro de Formación de la Cooperación Española, Sofía Mata Modrón, the Attorney General of Panamá and President of Iberoamerican Association of Public Ministries (AIAMP), Kenia Porcell, the Attorney General in Spain and Secretary General of the Association, María José Segarra. It is also emphasized the participation of the Attorney General in Chile who acts as the vice president of the Association for South America, Jorge Abbott Charme and other delegations such as Cuba, Portugal and Paraguay.
At the meeting, the Attorney General Offices assessed progresses of the Association and all actions and projects carried out this year. Likewise, the functioning of the specialized groups and networks were also analyzed and examined.
