Representatives and former representatives in Quindío were charged for alleged irregularities when approving budget ordinances

Sandra Paola Hurtado Palacio, former Governor in Quindío (2012 – 2015) was charged for these facts by the Office of the Attorney General.

The Office of the Attorney General charged three representatives and three former representatives of the Departmental Assembly. They are allegedly responsible for approving ordinances 010, 011, 012 and 015 of 2015 which, apparently, would be contrary to the Organic Budget Law of the Department.31
