Office of the Attorney General achieved a 35 years prison term for a male who committed a feminicide

The individual admitted, by virtue of a plea bargain, that he concealed the corpse of his couple in a room

At the request of the office of the Attorney General, the 18^th Criminal Court in Bogotá hearing the case (Juez de Conocimiento) sentenced Fredy Eduardo Moreno to 35 years and 6 months in prison for aggravated feminicide.

According to the sentence, facts took place in October 2016 at transversal 49 C con calle 69, Sierra Morena neighborhood in the city of Bogotá where a 26-year-old female corpse was found with fatal injuries in her body.
