People involved in burglary of former Attorney General´s apartment, Jorge Perdomo, pled guilty to the charges in an agreement

The defendant, Witman Gonzalo González Pinzón, pled guilty to criminal conspiracy before the Office of the Attorney General in facts related to the burglary of former Attorney General´s apartment, Jorge Fernando Perdomo, which took place in march 2016 in the north area of the main city of the country.

However, the 20th Criminal Court (judge who has jurisdiction over this matter)* of the Circuit Court in Bogotá will guarantee an agreement once González Pinzón demonstrates a repayment (not a compensation or reparation) at least 50% of what he robbed.
