People allegedly involved in a fraud committed during Corelcas’ liquidation process will be taken to Court by the Office of the Attorney General

Two employees and a contractor of Fiduprevisora S.A. identified as Carlos Alberto Parra Satizábal, Gerardo Mauricio Cortés Pomar and Javier Alexander Colmenares Ardila who were in charge of Corelcas’ liquidation* process will be taken to Court by the Office of the Attorney General.

According to bill of indictment, Parra Satizábal, Cortés Pomar and Colmenares Ardila (contractor) will face criminal charges for breach of duty (action), document tampering and procedural fraud (coauthors).
