On September 7th 2016, the Interim Attorney General María Paulina Riveros announced the creation of specialized work teams to expedite processes related to those reports that must be submitted to the Special Jurisdiction for Peace, as it was set down in the agreements in Havana (Cuba).

Interim Attorney General stated that these are specific working groups with specialized prosecutors who know about the topic and will prepare these reports under the direction of the Office of the Deputy Assistant Attorney General. She stated: “in other words, all information we have about those things we are required by agreements such as information on investigations related to armed conflict. Of course, this includes investigations concerning Farc, police force members, investigations against third parties who participated in a direct or indirect way in the armed conflict, in other words, it is a wider and more general scope”.
