The Criminal Investigation Team (CTI), assigned to the National Directorate of Analysis and Contexts, arrested Victor Mauricio Peralta Orozco, alias El Brujo, second in command at the Self Defense Forces of Colombia (AUC), Montes de María Bloc which was led by Marco Tulio Pérez Guzmán, alias El Oso.
The arrest was carried out in the Department of Bolivar, kilometer 26, Mamonal -Gambote road.
