On Wednesday it started in Paipa (Boyaca) the second analysis forum of Oral accusatory Criminal System.
The event, which was installed by the Deputy Attorney General of Nation, Jorge Fernando Perdomo Torres, will be extended until this December 4 and will include topics as suppression of imputation of formulation hearing, legislation of investigative acts, opportunity principle, raid charges, pre-agreements and negotiations, policy adjustments of premium on justice, restorative justice, among others.
