The case of the alleged sexual abuse in restaurant Andres Carne de Res, in the municipality of Chía (Cundinamarca), will be filed because it was not possible to determine the existence of a sexual relationship.
The Deputy Attorney General, Jorge Fernando Perdomo said that the Fiscal Commission and researchers formed to analyze the case, conceptualized that proceedings should be archived because the alleged victim examinations failed to establish the existence of a sexual relationship. Thus, it could not be proved that the behavior indicated the suspect.
The Attorney General’s Office will notify the people involved in this decision to interpose if required resources law. If a new material evidence appears would think to reopen the process.
