Units of the Technical Investigation Team (CTI) of the Office of the Attorney General have captured César Augusto Torres Suescun and Pedro Alejandro Martínez Gómez, who were required by the 17 Prosecutor of the National Anti-Corruption Unit for the alleged commission of embezzlement and unlawful signing of contracts.

During 2006, Torres and Martinez who served as legal Vice President and commercial Vice President of Fiduagraria respectively are related to an alleged deviation of resources from royalties of the Meta Department in an amount of 9 billion pesos through trust commissions of the mentioned company.
