A Preventive Detention without releasing benefit was issued by a prosecutor from the National Unit of Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law against John Jairo Muñoz Serna, also known as Foxter or The Black, who was ex-member of “Metro Block” from self-defense groups for his alleged involvement in the murder of the teacher Mrs. Yaneth Ibargüen Romaña.
On January 19, 2002, the teacher was gotten off from a motor vehicle and then shot in the district El Chocó/Cocorná municipality (Antioquia) by members of the above mentioned illegal armed group that pointed out her as helper of guerrilla.
Agents from Technical Corps of Investigation “CTI” arrested Muñoz Serna in the municipality of Distracción (Guajira) who was preventive detained as alleged co-perpetrator for homicide of a protected person and criminal association.
