{"id":323029,"date":"2025-09-03T11:03:05","date_gmt":"2025-09-03T16:03:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gov.co\/colombia\/?p=323029"},"modified":"2025-09-03T11:03:05","modified_gmt":"2025-09-03T16:03:05","slug":"judicializados-tres-hombres-presuntamente-responsables-de-asesinar-a-un-hombre-de-21-anos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gov.co\/colombia\/noticias\/judicializados-tres-hombres-presuntamente-responsables-de-asesinar-a-un-hombre-de-21-anos\/","title":{"rendered":"Judicializados tres hombres presuntamente responsables de asesinar a un hombre de 21 a\u00f1os"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-ogsc=\"black\">La Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n present\u00f3 ante un juez con funci\u00f3n de control de garant\u00edas a tres hombres quienes habr\u00edan participado en el homicidio de un joven de 21 a\u00f1os,<strong> ocurrido el pasado 31 de agosto en zona rural del municipio de Tona (Santander).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-ogsc=\"black\">Se trata de Diego Armando Villamizar Bautista, Luis Francisco Villamizar Bautista y Johan Yesid Villamizar Bautista quienes fueron imputados como presuntos responsables del <strong>delito de homicidio agravado.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-ogsc=\"black\">Los tres investigados habr\u00edan atacado con un arma cortopunzante a la v\u00edctima durante una ri\u00f1a, <strong>ocurrida en la vereda Andes del Progreso<\/strong>, vereda Parra Juan Rodr\u00edguez del corregimiento de Berl\u00edn.<\/p>\n<p data-ogsc=\"black\">Por petici\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda los se\u00f1alados responsables fueron cobijados con medida de aseguramiento en centro carcelario.<\/p>\n<p aria-hidden=\"true\" data-ogsc=\"black\">\n<p aria-hidden=\"true\" data-ogsc=\"black\">\n<p aria-hidden=\"true\" data-ogsc=\"black\">\n<p aria-hidden=\"true\" data-ogsc=\"black\">\n<p data-ogsc=\"black\">DRA\/MAGA\/JCR\/DSS.<\/p>\n<p data-ogsc=\"black\" data-ogsb=\"white\">\n<p data-ogsc=\"black\" data-ogsb=\"white\">\n<p data-ogsc=\"black\" data-ogsb=\"white\">\n<p data-ogsc=\"black\" data-ogsb=\"white\">\n<p data-ogsc=\"black\" data-ogsb=\"white\">\n<p data-ogsc=\"black\" data-ogsb=\"white\"><em>La informaci\u00f3n contenida en este bolet\u00edn de prensa corresponde a la narraci\u00f3n de los hechos noticiosos objetivos, y las investigaciones penales al interior de la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n.
