Los hechos ocurrieron en 2013.<\/i><\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Por solicitud de la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n, un juez con funci\u00f3n de control de garant\u00edas envi\u00f3 a la c\u00e1rcel a Luis Felipe Riascos,<\/strong> presuntamente implicado en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gov.co\/colombia\/noticias\/a-la-carcel-dos-hombres-senalados-de-agresiones-sexuales-contra-menores-de-edad-en-zarzal-y-tulua-valle-del-cauca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">agresiones sexuales<\/a> contra un menor de 11 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Los hechos ocurrieron el pasado 31 de marzo en la vivienda del hoy imputado, ubicada en Cali (Valle del Cauca). <strong>Mediante enga\u00f1os, el procesado habr\u00eda logrado que el menor lo acompa\u00f1ara a su casa, donde supuestamente le entregar\u00eda una bicicleta y un videojuego. All\u00ed el menor fue sometido a vej\u00e1menes sexuales.<\/strong><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_293993\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-293993\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-293993\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gov.co\/colombia\/wp-content\/uploads\/A-LA-CARCEL-SEIS-PERSONAS-QUE-HABRIAN-PARTICIPADO-EN-EL-SECUESTRO-DE-UN-JOVEN-EN-ACEVEDO-HUILA-1-300x169.jpeg\" alt=\"En la fotograf\u00eda se aprecia en una v\u00eda, de pie y con los brazos atr\u00e1s a Luis Felipe Riascos. Al lado izquierdo de \u00e9l hay un servidor del CTI de la Fiscal\u00eda y a la derecha un uniformado de la Polic\u00eda Nacional.\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-293993\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Luis Felipe Riascos, es se\u00f1alado de tocar las partes \u00edntimas de un menor de 11 a\u00f1os de edad, mediante enga\u00f1os y d\u00e1divas, en Cali (Valle del Cauca).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Por estos hechos Riascos fue capturado el pasado 23 de abril. En esta acci\u00f3n intervinieron servidores del<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gov.co\/colombia\/noticias\/a-fiscalia-en-atlantico-logro-medida-carcelaria-para-una-ninera-investigada-por-el-abuso-sexual-del-que-fue-victima-un-menor-de-10-anos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Cuerpo T\u00e9cnico de Investigaci\u00f3n (CTI)<\/a> y de la Polic\u00eda Nacional. La Fiscal\u00eda lo imput\u00f3 <strong>como posible responsable del delito de actos sexuales con menor de 14 a\u00f1os, cargos que no acept\u00f3.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Por hechos similares, <strong>Luis Felipe Riascos ya hab\u00eda sido condenado en 2013<\/strong>, cuando un juez lo sentenci\u00f3 por el delito de acto sexual abusivo con menor de 14 a\u00f1os. En 2021 qued\u00f3 en libertad por pena cumplida.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Esta persona registra cuatro anotaciones judiciales por los delitos de acto sexual con menor de 14 a\u00f1os y acceso carnal abusivo con menor de 14 a\u00f1os.<\/strong> La Fiscal\u00eda hace un llamado a posibles v\u00edctimas para que denuncien.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>MAP\/MIZB\/DSC\/AMCJ\/MAGA\/<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>La informaci\u00f3n contenida en este bolet\u00edn de prensa corresponde a la narraci\u00f3n de los hechos noticiosos objetivos, suministrados por los funcionarios encargados de adelantar las investigaciones penales al interior de la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n.
