La denuncia la interpuso la Comisaria de Familia tras conocer de esta situaci\u00f3n por parte los padres del ni\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>La captura del sujeto fue efectuada por investigadores del CTI, en articulaci\u00f3n con uniformados del Ej\u00e9rcito y la Polic\u00eda Nacional, este 20 de febrero en el municipio de\u00a0 P\u00e1ramo (Santander).<\/p>\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda lo imput\u00f3 por su presunta responsabilidad en el delito de acto sexual abusivo con menor de 14 a\u00f1os, al que no se allan\u00f3, y por determinaci\u00f3n del juez fue cobijado con medida de aseguramiento privativa de la libertad en establecimiento carcelario.<\/p>\n<p>De esta manera la Seccional Norte de Santander sigue los delineamientos establecidos por la Fiscal General de la Naci\u00f3n (e), Martha Janeth Mancera, de esclarecer de manera contundente los delitos que afectan a nuestros ni\u00f1os, ni\u00f1as y adolescentes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>La Fiscal\u00eda habla con resultados.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>MPHA\/CFG\/AOG\/DSA<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>La informaci\u00f3n contenida en este bolet\u00edn de prensa corresponde a la narraci\u00f3n de los hechos noticiosos objetivos, suministrados por los funcionarios encargados de adelantar las investigaciones penales al interior de la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n.
