El hombre fue imputado como presunto autor del delito de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gov.co\/colombia\/noticias\/a-la-carcel-soldado-profesional-investigado-por-violencia-intrafamiliar-y-acceso-carnal-violento\/\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gov.co\/colombia\/noticias\/a-la-carcel-soldado-profesional-investigado-por-violencia-intrafamiliar-y-acceso-carnal-violento\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1680711321286000&amp;usg=AOvVaw1AEYaUI3kCwR6AnMMjGjtk\">acceso carnal violento agravado<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Otro caso ocurri\u00f3 en la vereda Bajo Minas del municipio\u00a0El Pital (Huila). Seg\u00fan la investigaci\u00f3n\u00a0H\u00e9ctor Hernando Nieto Cristancho abus\u00f3 sexualmente de una menor de edad, vecina suya.\u00a0 La Fiscal\u00eda determin\u00f3 que los abusos iniciaron en 2016 cuando la ni\u00f1a ten\u00eda 7 a\u00f1os y se prolongaron por seis a\u00f1os.
