{"id":237128,"date":"2021-12-16T16:53:24","date_gmt":"2021-12-16T21:53:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gov.co\/colombia\/?p=237128"},"modified":"2021-12-16T16:53:24","modified_gmt":"2021-12-16T21:53:24","slug":"internamiento-preventivo-para-menor-que-habria-asesinado-con-arma-blanca-a-un-hombre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gov.co\/colombia\/noticias\/internamiento-preventivo-para-menor-que-habria-asesinado-con-arma-blanca-a-un-hombre\/","title":{"rendered":"Internamiento preventivo para menor que habr\u00eda asesinado con arma blanca a un hombre"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Un fiscal de Infancia y Adolescencia present\u00f3 ante un juez con funci\u00f3n de control de garant\u00edas a un menor de 16 a\u00f1os, por estar presuntamente implicado en el\u00a0<strong>homicidio\u00a0<\/strong>de un hombre identificado como Julio\u00a0Armando Obando Jaramillo, ocurrido el pasado 14 de diciembre en San Francisco (Putumayo).<\/p>\n<p>El menor fue\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gov.co\/colombia\/noticias\/medida-de-internamiento-preventivo-contra-adolescente-que-habria-secuestrado-a-bebe-de-6-meses\/\">aprehendido<\/a>\u00a0en flagrancia por personal de la Polic\u00eda Nacional en el barrio Pablo Sexto de ese municipio.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan los hechos, el hoy occiso al parecer\u00a0<strong>agredi\u00f3 con palabras soeces<\/strong>\u00a0a la abuela del presunto infractor y por eso este le\u00a0habr\u00eda\u00a0<strong>propinado siete pu\u00f1aladas con arma blanca<\/strong>\u00a0a la v\u00edctima, quien qued\u00f3 sin vida al instante.<\/p>\n<p>Al menor le fue imputado el delito de\u00a0<strong>homicidio agravado<\/strong>, por el cual\u00a0<strong>no acept\u00f3 su responsabilidad<\/strong>. El juez competente acogi\u00f3 los argumentos de la Fiscal\u00eda e impuso\u00a0<strong>medida de internamiento preventivo en centro especializado<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda publica esta informaci\u00f3n por razones de inter\u00e9s general.<\/p>\n<p>LMGM\/CFG\/GRM<\/p>\n<p><em>La informaci\u00f3n contenida en este bolet\u00edn de prensa corresponde a la narraci\u00f3n de los hechos noticiosos objetivos, suministrados por los funcionarios encargados de adelantar las investigaciones penales al interior de la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n.
