{"id":235050,"date":"2021-11-18T12:28:31","date_gmt":"2021-11-18T17:28:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gov.co\/colombia\/?p=235050"},"modified":"2021-11-19T15:57:40","modified_gmt":"2021-11-19T20:57:40","slug":"asegurado-un-hombre-que-presuntamente-hurto-a-un-ciudadano-en-la-localidad-de-martires","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gov.co\/colombia\/noticias\/asegurado-un-hombre-que-presuntamente-hurto-a-un-ciudadano-en-la-localidad-de-martires\/","title":{"rendered":"Asegurado un hombre que presuntamente hurt\u00f3 a un ciudadano en La localidad de M\u00e1rtires"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em><strong>La polic\u00eda busca a otros hombres que estar\u00edan vinculados en los hurtos.<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un fiscal de la URI de Puente Aranda logr\u00f3 la judicializaci\u00f3n de Juli\u00e1n Andr\u00e9s Rojas Serna, quien estar\u00eda vinculado al hurtar de un ciudadano en la carrera 24 con calle 9 de la localidad de Los M\u00e1rtires.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los hechos habr\u00edan ocurrido el 16 de noviembre de 2021, cuando la v\u00edctima se trasladaba en su veh\u00edculo por el sector de los M\u00e1rtires, en el sem\u00e1foro habr\u00eda sido abordado por cinco personas en bicicleta, quienes rodearon el carro, golpearon los vidrios y lo intimidaron al parecer, con arma de fuego despoj\u00e1ndolo de sus pertenec\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uno de los presuntos asaltantes abandon\u00f3 la bicicleta, mientras que Rojas Serna fue retenido por la comunidad y entregado a la polic\u00eda de vigilancia, quienes hicieron la correspondiente captura en flagrancia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En audiencias preliminares se legaliz\u00f3 la incautaci\u00f3n de las dos bicicletas y la captura. La Fiscal\u00eda hizo traslado de escrito de acusaci\u00f3n por el delito de hurto calificado y agravado, cargos que no fueron aceptados por el hoy procesado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Juzgado 21 Penal Municipal con funci\u00f3n de control de garant\u00edas impuso medida de aseguramiento en establecimiento carcelario.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n habla con resultados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LMFO\/ DPRG\/FAGH<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>La informaci\u00f3n contenida en este bolet\u00edn de prensa corresponde a la narraci\u00f3n de los hechos noticiosos objetivos, suministrados por los funcionarios encargados de adelantar las investigaciones penales al interior de la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n.
