{"id":233317,"date":"2021-10-28T10:12:49","date_gmt":"2021-10-28T15:12:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gov.co\/colombia\/?p=233317"},"modified":"2021-11-03T16:52:55","modified_gmt":"2021-11-03T21:52:55","slug":"a-la-carcel-hombre-investigado-por-presunto-abuso-sexual-de-4-mujeres-en-el-occidente-de-medellin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gov.co\/colombia\/noticias\/a-la-carcel-hombre-investigado-por-presunto-abuso-sexual-de-4-mujeres-en-el-occidente-de-medellin\/","title":{"rendered":"A la c\u00e1rcel hombre investigado por presunto abuso sexual de 4 mujeres en el occidente de Medell\u00edn"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>El procesado fue capturado en flagrancia por la comunidad cuando al parecer abusaba de una de las v\u00edctimas.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n obtuvo medida de aseguramiento en centro carcelario en contra de Ramiro Enrique Espinoza Gonz\u00e1lez, como presunto responsable de acceso carnal violento en concurso homog\u00e9neo y sucesivo y hurto calificado.<\/p>\n<p>Espinoza Gonz\u00e1lez fue capturado por la comunidad este 21 de octubre, cuando al parecer abusaba de una mujer a la que habr\u00eda amenazado con un cuchillo y despojado de $10.000.<\/p>\n<p>Los hechos ocurrieron en inmediaciones de la estaci\u00f3n La Aurora, del Metrocable de Medell\u00edn, donde la mujer, luego de dejar a su hijo en el colegio, al parecer fue sorprendida por el hoy procesado.<\/p>\n<p>Los investigadores establecieron que entre el 13 de agosto y el 2 de octubre de este a\u00f1o el hombre habr\u00eda abusado de manera violenta de otras 3 mujeres, todas mayores de edad, en la misma zona del occidente de Medell\u00edn.<\/p>\n<p>El procesado no se allan\u00f3 a los cargos imputados.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>La Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n habla con resultados.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>LFML\/CD\/DLBM\/FAGH<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>La informaci\u00f3n contenida en este bolet\u00edn de prensa corresponde a la narraci\u00f3n de los hechos noticiosos objetivos, suministrados por los funcionarios encargados de adelantar las investigaciones penales al interior de la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n.
