{"id":191086,"date":"2020-03-16T17:01:07","date_gmt":"2020-03-16T22:01:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gov.co\/colombia\/?p=191086"},"modified":"2020-03-16T17:01:07","modified_gmt":"2020-03-16T22:01:07","slug":"asegurado-presunto-responsable-de-porte-ilegal-de-armas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gov.co\/colombia\/seccionales\/asegurado-presunto-responsable-de-porte-ilegal-de-armas\/","title":{"rendered":"Asegurado presunto responsable de porte ilegal de armas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Por solicitud de la <strong>Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n<\/strong>, un juez penal municipal de <strong>Buenaventura<\/strong>, con funciones de control de garant\u00edas, impuso <strong>medida de aseguramiento en contra de Edwin Jhoaner Delgado Machado<\/strong>, como presunto responsable del <strong>delito<\/strong> de tr\u00e1fico, fabricaci\u00f3n y porte de armas de fuego, accesorios, partes, y municiones, en concurso homog\u00e9neo con fabricaci\u00f3n, tr\u00e1fico, y porte de armas y municiones de uso restringido de uso privativo de las <strong>Fuerzas Militares<\/strong> o explosivos.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con la investigaci\u00f3n adelantada por un fiscal seccional Delgado Machado fue capturado por agentes de la <strong>Sijin de la Polic\u00eda Nacional<\/strong> durante un operativo de registro y allanamiento a su vivienda, en el <strong>barrio Cristal, invasi\u00f3n Brisas del mar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En el inmueble los <strong>uniformados encontraron dos armas de fuego<\/strong>, un rev\u00f3lver calibre 38, marca <strong>Llama Cassidy<\/strong> sin n\u00famero de serie, y una pistola calibre 9 mil\u00edmetros <strong>Smith &amp; Wesson<\/strong>, con un proveedor con 15 cartuchos con n\u00famero de serie borrado.<\/p>\n<p>Al solicitarle los <strong>documentos que acreditan el porte legal<\/strong> de las dos armas Delgado <strong>Machado les asegur\u00f3 que no los ten\u00eda<\/strong>, siendo puesto a disposici\u00f3n de la <strong>Unidad de Reacci\u00f3n Inmediata (URI)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque el asegurado no se allan\u00f3 a cargos el <strong>juez penal aval\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n de cargos<\/strong>, acept\u00f3 la solicitud de <strong>medida de aseguramiento en establecimiento carcelario<\/strong> y emiti\u00f3 la orden para que sea trasladado a la c\u00e1rcel distrital.<\/p>\n<p>Las dos armas incautadas est\u00e1n siendo sometidas a an\u00e1lisis forenses de bal\u00edstica para establecer que si han sido utilizadas en alg\u00fan delito.<\/p>\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda hace p\u00fablica esta informaci\u00f3n por razones de inter\u00e9s general.<\/p>\n<p><strong>JGP\/MAGA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"twitter-share\"><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/intent\/tweet?via=fiscaliacol\" class=\"twitter-share-button\">Tweet<\/a><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por solicitud de la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n, un juez penal municipal de Buenaventura, con funciones de control de garant\u00edas, impuso medida de aseguramiento en contra de Edwin Jhoaner Delgado Machado, como presunto responsable del delito de tr\u00e1fico, fabricaci\u00f3n y porte de armas de fuego, accesorios, partes, y municiones, en concurso homog\u00e9neo con fabricaci\u00f3n, [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":162,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"tdm_status":"","tdm_grid_status":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[324,303,24099],"tags":[],"class_list":{"0":"post-191086","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","6":"category-seccional-cali","7":"category-seccionales","8":"category-seguridad-territorial"},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v24.3 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"P\u00e1gina oficial de la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n \u2013 Colombia.
