At the request of a prosecutor appointed to the\u00a0branch office in\u00a0Sucre\u00a0(Seccional\u00a0Sucre), a judge imposed a prison sentence to\u00a0Luis Eduardo Lozano\u00a0Berr\u00edo, allegedly responsible for the crimes of manufacturing, trafficking, and possession of weapons, ammunition of restricted use, exclusive use of the armed forces, or explosives,\u00a0and the\u00a0use of minors in the commission of crimes.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The events took place on January 20 in Nuevo M\u00e9xico neighborhood in Sincelejo (Sucre). According to the investigation, the defendant was on a motorcycle when he was found in possession of a fragmentation grenade. Authorities are seeking to determine how the defendant involved a minor in the commission of the offense.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
