At the request of the Attorney General’s Office, a judge imposed a prison sentence for Fabio Jes\u00fas Molina Mu\u00f1et\u00f3n, Juan Sebasti\u00e1n Gait\u00e1n Arenas, and Luis Eduardo Su\u00e1rez Osorio\u00a0 for their alleged participation in storing drugs.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

During\u00a0home\u00a0searches\u00a0carried out by the National Police, with support from the Colombian Aerospace Force, at various locations in the urban area of Honda (Tolima), these three men\u00a0were arrested in\u00a0fragrante.\u00a0Moreover,\u00a060 doses of\u00a0basuco, 35 doses of marijuana, and two\u00a0cartridges (38 caliber)\u00a0were seized.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

According to the investigation, the Attorney General’s Office found that the\u00a0defendants\u00a0were allegedly part of the criminal group La L\u00ednea de la Dorada (Caldas), which was\u00a0involved in\u00a0storing, packaging, and selling narcotics in Honda and surrounding areas.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A prosecutor from the branch\u00a0Office in Tolima (Seccional\u00a0Tolima)\u00a0charged them with aggravated conspiracy to commit a crime; trafficking, manufacturing, or possession of narcotics; and manufacturing, trafficking, possession\u00a0of\u00a0firearms, accessories, parts, or ammunition. The defendants did not\u00a0plead guilty to the charges.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
