The evidence collected by the Office of the Attorney General\u00a0led to the\u00a0prosecution\u00a0of Luis Miguel Hern\u00e1ndez Tordecilla for his alleged responsibility in the murder of a man on January 1st\u00a0in\u00a0Monter\u00eda\u00a0(C\u00f3rdoba).<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A prosecutor charged him with aggravated homicide. In the preliminary hearings, the defendant did not plead guilty to the charges, and must serve a prison sentence according to the judge’s decision.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Hern\u00e1ndez Tordecilla wounded\u00a0the victim, who was taken to a medical\u00a0center\u00a0where he died\u00a0as a result of\u00a0the injury.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
