Based on the evidence presented by the Office of the Attorney General, judges imposed<\/span>\u00a0prison\u00a0sentences\u00a0against four men allegedly involved in different crimes that occurred in separate incidents in Cundinamarca.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The first case took place on November 5 in a residential complex in\u00a0Guasca, where, in the middle of an argument,\u00a0<\/span>Andr\u00e9s Felipe Cruz Salamanca<\/span><\/b> allegedly hit and injured a 26-year-old man with a sharp weapon, causing his death.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

On November 7 of this year, National Police\u00a0officers went\u00a0to the rural area of\u00a0El Retiro\u00a0in Soacha after hearing several gunshots. Upon arrival, they\u00a0arrested\u00a0<\/span>Luis Evangelista Quintana S\u00e1nchez<\/span><\/b>\u00a0in flagrante delicto\u00a0since\u00a0moments\u00a0before he\u00a0had allegedly attacked a 30-year-old man with a firearm, causing his death.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In\u00a0a\u00a0third incident,\u00a0<\/span>Dilan Stik Mari\u00f1o Campos<\/span><\/b> was prosecuted as the alleged coperpetrator of a murder that took place on November 12, 2025, in Villa Sandra neighborhood in Soacha. The victim was allegedly shot and died due to the severity of the injuries.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The last case of homicide occurred on November 16 in Llano Verde neighborhood in Fusagasug\u00e1, where <\/span>Yecid\u00a0Macualo\u00a0Barreto\u00a0<\/span><\/b>was riding a motorcycle and allegedly shot a 49-year-old man who was driving a pickup truck. He then fled the scene.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In this regard, prosecutors from the branch office in Cundinamarca (Seccional Cundinamarca) charged them, according to their individual responsibilities, with homicide, aggravated homicide, and manufacture, trafficking, possession of firearms, accessories, parts, or ammunition. The defendants did not plead guilty to the charges.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
