At the request of the Office of the Attorney General, two\u00a0men, 22\u00a0and 26, were sent to a prison\u00a0for their alleged responsibility in attacks against their former sentimental partners\u00a0that\u00a0took place\u00a0between 2024 and 2025, in El\u00a0Retorno\u00a0and San Jos\u00e9 del Guaviare (Guaviare).<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The defendants were charged, according to their individual responsibility, with violent rape, damage to property, animal abuse, qualified theft, and aggravated domestic violence (all aggravated).<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In a first case, a\u00a0man\u00a0who allegedly carried out sexual, physical, psychological, and economic aggressions against his former partner\u00a0was arrested at El\u00a0Retorno\u00a0(Guaviare) Police Station.\u00a0The defendant\u00a0allegedly\u00a0injured the victim\u2019s companion animal and damaged her personal belongings as part of the intimidation.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In another case, a man was arrested in flagrante after allegedly attacking his former sentimental partner. The latest attack took place at the woman\u2019s residence where she was physically and verbally abused.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The man allegedly subjected the victim during their cohabitation to sexual abuse and physical harm. Therefore, the victim had various doctor\u00b4s notes.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
