One of the detainees had a laboratory for\u00a0growing\u00a0and processing cannabis\u00a0at\u00a0his home.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Office of the Attorney General brought three individuals before ajudge for their participation in local drug trafficking and other criminal activities in Fresno (Tolima).\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A prosecutor charged them, based on their individual responsibilities, with manufacturing, trafficking, possession of firearms, accessories, parts, or ammunition; drug trafficking, manufacturing, or possession; and conservation or financing of plantations. They did not plead guilty.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The individuals are Brayan Stiven L\u00f3pez, alias Pony; Yordan Rafael Moreno Padilla; and Christian Samir Acosta Corona who were arrested during A search warrant conducted by the National Police at various locations in the municipality. A revolver, six cartridges, and 35 doses of cocaine hydrochloride prepared for sale were seized.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Moreover, 24 marijuana plants, fertilizers, solar panels, clothing, and items used for processing, dosing, and packaging were seized. They did not\u00a0have\u00a0a\u00a0license issued by the Ministry of Justice and Law\u00a0for cultivation.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

At the end of the preliminary hearings, all\u00a0of them\u00a0were\u00a0sent to prison.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
