The Office of the Attorney General prosecuted Juan Pablo Manco Manco, alias \u2018El Paisa\u2019, and Sebasti\u00e1n Camilo Manco Mart\u00ednez, alias \u2018Mou\u2019, who, based on their alleged participation, were charged with aggravated homicide and aggravated manufacture, trafficking, possession of firearms, accessories, parts, or ammunition.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The proceedings were carried out during a search warrant conducted by Sij\u00edn of the National Police at a residence in Santa Clara neighborhood in Oca\u00f1a (Norte de Santander) on October 10.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

During the operation, authorities seized a 9 mm caliber pistol, a magazine, 18 cartridges of the same caliber, and two cell phones.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

According to the investigation led by the Attorney General\u2019s Office, Juan Pablo Manco Manco allegedly participated in the homicide of a man that took place on May 4 in Oca\u00f1a by using a firearm.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

During the preliminary hearings, the defendants did not plead guilty to the charges. According to a decision of the a judge, they must serve a prison sentence.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
