The defendants are allegedly involved in local drug trafficking in Bernardo Duque, Brisas, and Bosques de Baraj\u00ed neighborhoods of the municipality of Sahag\u00fan (C\u00f3rdoba).<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n

The investigations carried out by the Attorney General’s Office, through the branch office of C\u00f3rdoba (Seccional C\u00f3rdoba) allowed a judge to sentence Daniel Andr\u00e9s Mart\u00ednez, alias Pacho; Brayan Andr\u00e9s Espa\u00f1a Severiche, alias Mec\u00e1nico; and Cindy Liliana P\u00e9rez, alias Chiquiluki.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

These three individuals were charged by a prosecutor belonging to the Support Structures (<\/span>Estructuras de Apoyo <\/span>EDA \u00a0in Spanish) with trafficking, manufacturing, or drug possession. This activity reportedly generated millions in income.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The decision came after the\u00a0Office of the Attorney General established that the defendants were selling marijuana and cocaine in Bernardo Duque, Brisas, and Bosques de Baraj\u00ed neighborhoods in the municipality of Sahag\u00fan since September 2024. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

For these incidents, ‘Pacho,’ ‘Mec\u00e1nico,’ and ‘Chiquiluki,’ who are believed to be members of Los Insurgentes illegal organization,\u00a0were arrested\u00a0on September 17 in Sahag\u00fan.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Within the framework of this investigation, Mauricio Manuel Fl\u00f3rez Cogollo was also prosecuted. He was informed about this new legal process\u00a0in Las Mercedes prison in Monter\u00eda, where he is imprisoned\u00a0for other offenses.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

None of the defendants pleaded guilty to the charges brought against them.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
