The Attorney General’s Office prosecuted Brandon Estiven Foronda R\u00edos as the alleged perpetrator of criminal conspiracy to commit a crime, homicide and manufacture, trafficking, and posession of firearms. All these conducts were aggravated.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

According to the investigation, it <\/span>s believed that the defendant is a member of the so-called \u2018Los del Lindero\u2019 criminal group, accused of committing homicides in the municipalities of La Victoria, La Uni\u00f3n, and Toro (Valle del Cauca).<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A prosecutor appointed to the branch office of Valle del Cauca (Seccional Valle del Cauca)\u00a0confirmed that Foronda R\u00edos was a member of the above criminal group between January and June 2024, and they allegedly murdered eight people and seriously injured another citizen.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Office of the Attorney General, in coordination with\u00a0Sij\u00edn-National Police, arrested Foronda R\u00edos on September 8 in Sevilla (Valle del Cauca).<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The alleged suspect must serve a prison sentence by virtue of a court order.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
